BCBA
BrainBuilders is a therapeutic intervention agency providing services to children with autism spectrum disorders. Our therapists provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, center, or family’s place of choice.
BrainBuilders is looking to hire part-time and/or contract BCBAs in various counties throughout the state of New Jersey!
The primary roles and responsibilities of the BCBA include, assessment of core autism deficits, development of treatment plans and behavior modification strategies, data analysis and updating, clinical oversight of ABA Therapists, and consultation with regards to behavioral paradigms.
[JOB QUALIFICATIONS]
Education:
*Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
Experience:
*2+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
Licensure:
*Current BCBA certification required.
Skills:
*Access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
*Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
*Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
References:
*Minimum of 3 professional references.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on caseload size or a paid hourly rate for a part-time position. Rate varies based on qualifications and experience.
