RBT – Registered Behavior Technician

BrainBuilders is a therapeutic intervention agency providing services to children with autism spectrum disorders. Our therapists provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, center, or the family’s place of choice.

 

BrainBuilders is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy on a per-diem basis. 

 

[JOB QUALIFICATIONS]

 

Education:

*High School Diploma or GED

 

Experience:

*One year working with individuals with developmental delays or behavioral changes.

*Familiarity with Applied Behavioral Analysis.

*Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors.

 

Licensure:

*Registered Behavior Technician credential per BACB guidelines OR commitment to obtain credential.

 

References:

*Minimum of 3 professional references.

 

Compensation: 

RBTs are paid by the hour: rate varies based on qualifications and experience.
