Residential Specialist – DSP
DSP Temporary Wage Increase add’l $3.00 per hour approved thru 3/31/21
The Direct Support Professional position is direct care, hands-on and offers assistance with personal hygiene, medication administration, and daily living skills for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and visual impairments. DSP’s provide assistance and support services to individuals in the community and in group homes.
The ideal candidate must have compassion and patience and enjoy encouraging others to achieve their goals.
We offer growth and opportunity in fields of healthcare, human services and social work. We operate 14 group homes throughout Ocean and Monmouth counties and continue to grow.
We also have PT shifts available. FT & PT shifts include 7am-10am, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, etc… (FT shifts include weekends).
Must have Driver License valid in NJ with no more than 5 points, HS diploma or GED, ability to pass criminal/registry background checks/drug screen.
