Right at Home of Central New Jersey is a home health care agency serving the communities of central New Jersey. We’re looking for someone with a BIG heart who wants to help us serve more clients and drive revenue in a Business Development Outside Sales role.

Your responsibility is to market to referral sources at rehab centers, hospitals, senior centers and assisted living facilities, in an effort to build relationships and influence social workers and case managers to refer their clients to our home care services. You will also be responsible for networking, attending industry health fairs, doing presentations to groups, and more.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of outside sales experience, preferably in health care.
Must be strong at building relationships, asking for the business, and be driven to succeed.
Strong communication skills are a must!

Total compensation package ranges from $65,000-$100,000+ (includes base pay and projected commissions).
The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There may be some after-hours networking meetings or health fairs held on a weekend.
