MOJJO Collaborative Communications

I believe in powerful, creative communications initiatives that marry thoughtful planning and strategy with the client’s vision and business objectives. I use this approach to craft award-winning programs that have launched products, reinvigorated mature brands and supported a range of health and community-service not-for-profits.

My clients know I am collaborative, communicative and vested. I’m the partner who stalks their industries, absorbing news and information about their businesses, corporate reputations, competition, and trends that affect their success. It is important to me that I know as much about their business challenges as any manager on staff and am able to counsel them from a position of knowledge.

About Julia:
Growing up with four siblings, the importance of “share of voice” was a concept Julia grasped at an early age. She honed her sense of news and story-telling skills in journalism, then moved into communications, where she has had the privilege to work with many internationally-recognized products, healthcare and wellness brands and community-based causes, developing personalized strategies that start dialogs and build brands.

Throughout her career, she’s supported the work of community-based organizations and not-for-profits including The Center in Asbury Park, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, the Jewish Association Serving the Aging (JASA), American Neurological Association, Innovations in Dermatology, NSITE, a NFP providing job training and placement for blind and low vision individuals, and others. She has worked extensively with clients in healthcare, wellness and in the food / nutrition industries.

Personal Passion: Helping immigrants find their voice in the U.S. Julia is a program director and a teacher in an English as a Second Language program. She sits on the advisory board for the Associates of the Sisters of St. Joseph, assisting in their commitment to immigration reform and quality of life for immigrants.
