Marketing Representative/Community Liaison

As our Marketing Representative/Community Liaison, you are the first point of contact for both our potential clients and our health partners. You meet with potential clients and their families to explain how our caregivers can assist them by providing hands-on care. You partner with assisted living facilities, hospitals, rehab centers, and senior facilities to provide great care for our senior population. 
You sell and promote our agency services in the community and secure health partners through promotional materials and personal visits. You demonstrate to them why working with us is a win-win situation for both them and their clients/residents. Because you pre-plan sales activities, you are able to reach your goals! 
Additionally, you participate in health fairs and educational events to reach out to the community. Your ability to easily build relationships with others is evident at these events as you interact with those seeking information. Because you are knowledgeable in our service fees and agency service lines including disease specialty programs, you can easily answer questions. You love that you have the opportunity to improve the lives of others as our Community Liaison.

Previous experience in the home health care industry is a plus, but not required. Are you self-directed, self-motivated, and focused on achieving winning results? Do you have a pleasant and helpful disposition and the ability to easily create relationships with others? Do you want to be part of a team that helps senior citizens retain their independence and live safely wherever they may call home? If so, we want to meet you! 
The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm. There may be some after-hours networking meetings or health fairs held on a weekend. You’ll be based primarily out of our East Brunswick office.
