AMIB, Inc. is a non-profit organization seeking an experienced LPN Program Manager to monitor services to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities and visual impairments in a group home setting.
This position will also be responsible for the program coordination of activities, staffing, scheduling, implementation of ISP goals, medication administration and adherence to all agency policies and procedures and on-call responsibilities.
2-5 years of related experience.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, in related field.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities a plus!
Must have Driver License valid in NJ with 5 points or less.
HS Diploma/GED and LPN license required.
Satisfactory background and pre-employment drug testing.
