Finding Your Individuality is a space for people to communicate and learn about healthy boundaries, relationships, communication, decision making, sexual health, gender, sexual orientation, abuse & prevention, and supports for survivors. We deliver individual and group education and counseling to individuals across the lifespan and specialize in programming for youth and adults with learning differences, such as intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We recognize the importance in working in partnership with parents and caregivers to address the sexuality related questions, concerns, and interests that can arise from youth. Throughout the year we host informational sessions with topics suggested by caregivers and parents. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions and concerns around the topic to guide the discussion!
Let’s Talk about Puberty!

Puberty is a time of enormous change for young people! It is important for parents to communicate with youth to help prepare them for the changes that accompany puberty and to share strategies for caring for their body. We will provide basic information about the transformations that accompany puberty and discuss ways parents can communicate about puberty and caring for one’s body with youth.
Registration is required. $10 registration includes light refreshment.
