Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar

This is the required ‘live’ seminar for those pursuing certification as a CDP(Certified Dementia Practitioner) and who qualify for CDP. The seminar may be attended for educational purposes if certification is not desired. Attendees will receive a course material in a tabbed binder. A CDP application will be provided to you in class. You will have 30 days to submit your application to NCCDP for consideration for CDP certification if you qualify. Application fee not included in cost of seminar.

7 CEUs for Nursing, Activity Directors, and Recreational Therapists, and Social Workers.

Lunch will be provided.
