Upon completion, participants will be able to

    1. Demonstrate an understanding of the different types of Powers of Attorney
    2. Differentiate between Living Wills, DNRs, and POLST
    3. Understand legal competency and the importance of future planning
    4. Discuss the Miller Trust and its importance in the long term care setting
